Designed the full-stack architecture: Angular frontend, Java Spring Boot API, AWS GovCloud (S3, RDS, EC2) — compliant with FedRAMP and IL4 requirements
Established CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, reducing deployment time by 25% and enabling reliable, repeatable releases
Authored Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) and system design documentation that became the standard for the program
